Crock Pot Chicken Stew: From Barb

Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
1 carton (4 cups) chicken stock
4 large potatoes washed and cut into bite sized pieces
4 carrots washed and cut into slices
1 onion peeled and diced
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tsp time
1 tsp sage
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 cup frozen mixed small vegetables (like corn, peas, and such)

Method:
Mix everything but the frozen vegetables in a crock pot and set it on low
for 8 hours.
When half an hour of cooking time remains, add the frozen vegetables and
close the lid until ready to serve.
