Creamy Holiday Eggnog (8 c.)

6 eggs, separated
1/3 c. honey or sugar
5 c. milk
1 Tbsp. rum extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Nutmeg

Beat egg whites to soft peaks. Add yolks and honey. Beat well. Stir in milk and next 2. Chill. Just before serving, fold in whipped cream and pour into punch bowl. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
