Cranberry-Apple Pie (8)
pastry for 2 crust pie
1 1/2 c. cranberries
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 large peeled apples, sliced
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. orange extract
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Line 9" pie plate with pastry. Mix remaining. Turn into shell. Add lattice top. Flute edges. Bake at 400F 45-50 min.
