Chocolate Wonder Brownies
12 ounces dark chocolate, 75% cacao
10 ounces dark beer
4 ounces cocoa powder
6 ounces flour
4 ounces butter
4 eggs
6-1/2 ounces sugar
Salt
Break up chocolate, add butter and melt in a double boiler. Stir until
uniform, remove from heat. Sift flour and cocoa into a bowl, add salt. Break
eggs into a separate large bowl. Beat eggs with sugar until white and foamy.
Add chocolate mixture and stir to combine. Stir in flour mixture. Add room
temperature beer. Pour into a parchment-lined 9 by 13-inch pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 30 minutes.
