Chocolate Mint Brownies (24)

Brownie:
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. flour
16 oz. can Hershey Chocolate Syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Filling:
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
3-4 drops green food coloring
1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. milk
Icing:
1 c. chocolate chips
6 Tbsp. butter

Mix first 5. Add syrup, vanilla and nuts. Pour into a greased 9x13” pan. Bake at 350F 30 min. Cool completely. Mix filling ingredients and spread over cooled cake. Let set. Melt icing ingredients together and pour over filling. Chill until set. Cut with a wet knife.
