Chocolate Cheesecake Egg Rolls, From Arlette

INGREDIENTS
2 (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened
1/2 c Powdered sugar
1/4 c. Unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c. Sour cream
1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
12 Egg roll wrappers
12 Strawberries, quartered
Vegetable oil, for frying
1/2 c. Melted white chocolate, for drizzling

DIRECTIONS
1. In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese, powdered
Sugar, and cocoa powder together until no lumps remain. Add sour
Cream, vanilla, and beat until combined.
2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place a few
Strawberries in the center. Spoon about 2 tablespoons cream cheese
Mixture into a line over strawberries and fold up bottom half and
Tightly fold in sides. Gently roll, then seal fold with a couple
Drops of water.
3. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil (it should reach 1" up

Egg rolls and fry until golden, 1 minute per side. Transfer to a
Paper towel-lined plate to cool slightly.
4. Transfer egg rolls to a platter and drizzle with melted white chocolate. Enjoy.
