Chicken Divan Casserole (6)
7 oz. pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. sliced sharp American cheese
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
3 beaten eggs
10 1/2 oz. can condensed chicken broth
5 1/2 oz. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
cherry tomato roses for garnish
Lightly grease a 9x13" baking dish. Toss chicken with salt and pepper. Spread stuffing mix in pan and top with chicken mixture. Cover with half of cheese slices. Spoon broccoli over cheese. Mix eggs, broth, milk and mustard. Pour over. Cover. Bake at 325F 50 min. until center is almost set. Add remaining cheese on top in a decorative pattern. Bake 5 min. longer to melt cheese. Serve garnished with tomato roses.
