Chicken Casserole

Chicken Casserole

2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. soft breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. chicken stock
1 1/2 c. milk
1 small can mushrooms

Place a layer of bread crumbs in a greased casserole. Add a layer of chicken,
parsley and seasoning. Continue in alternate layers of bread crumbs. Beat eggs,
and add milk and broth. Pour over mixture. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
