1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 red bell pepper in thin strips
1 1/2 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
10 oz. (4 c.) bowtie pasta
2 c. snowpeas, stringed, halved diagonally
2 c. (9 oz.) shredded cooked chicken breast
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. thawed orange juice concentrate
Salt, pepper

Heat 1 tsp. sesame oil in a large nonstick skillet over high heat. Stir fry next 2 about 2 min. Pour into a large bowl. Cool. Cook and drain pasta, adding snow peas during last 30 seconds. Drain and rinse under cold water. Drain well. Add to peppers with chicken. Mix remaining and 1/2 tsp. sesame oil until smooth. Toss with pasta to coat.
