Chicken and Dressing Squares
1 stewing chicken
3 c. toasted breadcrumbs
minced onion to taste
2 eggs
salt, pepper to taste
sage to taste
Cook chicken until tender. Reserve broth. Remove meat from chicken and place in a large sq. baking pan. Mix remaining adding enough chicken broth and water to make a soupy mixture. Spread over chicken. Bake at 350F 1 hour.
