2-3 grilled boneless chicken breasts
1 8 oz. pkg. linguine noodles
1/2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/4 c. olive oil
1 12 oz.-16 oz. jar alfredo sauce
other optional vegetable, peppers, mushrooms, carrots
Grill breasts until cooked through. Cook linguine acccording to pkg.
directions and drain. Vegetable can be stir fried along with the olive oil.
Blend
alfredo sauce into noodles and vegetable. Place onto a large serving
platter. Dice or strip breasts and place on top of noodles.
Note: If sauce becomes to thick just add some milk.
