Cheesy Pepper Jack Stuffed Cheeseburgers

Cheesy Pepper Jack Stuffed Cheeseburgers

Servings: 2 people

Ingredients

16 ounces ground beef

1 tablespoon Worcestershire Pub Seasoning McCormick's Grill Mates

4 ounces Pepper Jack Cheese Sliced is easier to work with

2 buns Kaiser Rolls

1/2 tablespoon butter

Instructions

Preheat grill or pan on medium-high heat. Slice Kaiser Buns lengthwise and butter inside of each bun. Place buns on hot grill, butter side down, for approximately 3 minutes to until buns are toasted. Put meat into mixing bowl and then add seasonings. Combine mixture well and separate into 4 ounce balls. Squish meat balls flat and then place a slice of pepper jack between 2 patties and pinch them together along the outside of the burger to seal the cheese inside the meat. Place 2 burgers on hot grill and cook on medium-high heat for approximately 7 to 9 minutes on each side. Once cooked, place stuffed burger on toasted bun and build your perfect cheeseburger.
