CECE'S MEXICAN CASSEROLE

1 lb. hamburger
1 chopped onion
Brown hamburger and onion and drain grease. 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 sm. can chopped ripe olives 1 can Hormel chili (no
beans) Shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients together except cheese in a skillet. Heat until hot. First place a small layer of meat sauce in a glass dish, then add a layer of corn
tortilla shells, then the meat mixture and finally cheese. Keep making layers until you end up with cheese on top. Heat in a warm oven until the casserole
is hot.
