Caribbean Fudge Pie

1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
12 oz. melted semisweet chocolate chips
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. rum extract
1/4 c. flour
1 c. coarsely broken walnuts
unbaked 9" pie shell
1/2 c. walnut halves

Cream first 2. Beat in eggs 1 T. Time. Add next 3. Stir in flour and broken walnuts. Pour into crust. Decorate with walnut halves. Bake at 325F 25 min. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
