1 bag of chopped broccoli
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. garlic
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 to 1 c. bacon bits
4 eggs
2 c. bread crumbs, plain
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes
or fry to a golden brown.
Sauce: 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1
to 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
