BONELESS PORK LOIN ROAST
3 1/2 to 4 lb. pork loin
Roast meat at 325°F for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Let stand 20 minutes before
slicing into serving dish.
Sauce:
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Pour sauce over meat and return to oven 10 to 15 minutes.
