APPLE FRUIT GELATIN SQUARES
No stick cooking spray
3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1 c. assorted fruit
Green and red grapes, strawberry halves, banana slices and/or mandarin
orange segments.
Spray two non-metal ice cube trays with no-stick cooking spray. In medium
saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water; allow to soften 1-2 minutes. Cook
over medium heat until gelatin dissolves, stirring constantly. Stir in apple
juice concentrate; blend well. Pour into coated ice cube trays. Arrange
fruit in gelatin. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Remove squares as
needed.
