Dough
2 cups buttermilk
3 eggs
13-15 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
Filling
11 ounces cold cuts
11 ounces mushrooms
5 tomatoes
7 ounces cheese
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
Combine all dough ingredients and mix until dough is uniform and reaches the
consistency of sour cream. Using a spoon, transfer dough to a greased
rectangular baking pan. Slice mushrooms and fry in oil. Slice cold cuts into
thin strips. Slice tomatoes into rounds. Coarsely grate the cheese. Coat
crust with the sauce, top with cold cuts, mushrooms, tomato slices and
sprinkle generously with cheese. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 20-25
minutes. Serve hot.
