Amish Dutch Country Meat Loaf
2 lbs ground beef
1 lb ground pork
2 cups milk
3 eggs
2 cups bread crumbs
1 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper
Soak bread crumbs in milk for 2 minutes.
Combine the meats, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, and seasoning.
Mix thoroughly and shape into a loaf.
Place in roasting pan, add ½ inch water, and bake at 375 for 1 ½-2 hours.
