AMARETTO FONDUE
3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 c. skim milk
Cool Whip or freshly whipped cream to taste
Amaretto to taste
Fruit: bananas, honeydew, cantaloupe, fresh strawberries, etc.
Cook pudding with milk, stirring until thickened. Cover and cool to room
temperature. With wire whisk, stir in Cool Whip or whipped cream and
Amaretto
to taste. Dip with bananas, honey, cantaloupe, fresh strawberries. Serve at
room temperature. Use bamboo skewers for dipping.
