Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup almond milk or other choice of milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
3 tbsp chocolate protein powder
(I used Vega)
1 tbsp.
cacao)
1-2 tbsp. honey
Directions:
1. Measure and place soy milk, chia seed, protein powder, and cacao in a
large mixing bowl. Mix very well.
2. Place in refrigerator and let pudding thicken for at least 4 hours or
more.
3. Scoop chocolate pudding mixture out of the bowl and pour into blender add
honey and blend.
4. Top with your favorite fruit and enjoy!
Notes
*This recipe contains 26 grams of protein total so about 7-8 grams of
protein per serving. Protein amount will vary depending on the type of
protein powder
and milk that you use.
