Remove crusts from bread slices. Roll out each bread slice and top with a
slice of Mozzarella, a slice of sausage and a slice of hard cheese. Roll up
each bread slice, wrap with 2 bacon strips and cook in an ungreased pan
until cheese begins to melt.
