FOR A GRILLED PORK LOIN:
list of 4 items
1. Spray an outdoor grill or an indoor grill pan with nonstick spray or brush with oil. Preheat grill to high heat.
2. Grill the pork loin over high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until dark grill marks appear.
3. Turn the grill down to low, or move the pork loin to a spot where it will only receive indirect heat. The grill should be about 300 – 350°F. Cover the
grill, and let the pork loin cook for about 40 minutes, basting regularly with the honey glaze. Turn the pork over and check the temperature after about
20 minutes.
4. When the pork reaches 140°F, take it off of the grill. Allow the meat to rest on a cutting board for about 10 minutes. The temperature of the pork will
continue to rise as it rests. Slice and serve.

FOR A GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN:

the pork to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute and will keep the meat incredibly moist and
tender. The pork will also continue cooking and the internal temperature will rise as the meat rests.• Don’t be shy — season your meat liberally with plenty
