24-Hour Tomatoes
12-1/2 ounces tomatoes
1 small onion
1-2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon chopped dill
2 pinches sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Thickly slice tomatoes. Slice onion into half-rings. Sliver garlic. Combine
tomatoes, onion, garlic and dill. Add sugar, salt, vinegar and oil. Transfer
into a container, cover with lid and shake a couple of times. Marinate in
refrigerator for 24 hours.
