Have you been on TV?

Have you ever been on TV?

I was almost on tv when I was about 3 years old. It was a show called Romper Room and my grandma took me and my sister to the studio because they were looking for kids to be on the show. I was going to do it but then my sister clung to our mom and I always copied what my sister did so I clung too. I regret that now and wish I had thought for myself.

I was once on TV when I did a concert and I was in the choir at the local Auditorium near me. It was only a slight appearance on the news but I was super happy to see it, especially when I was so young.

It's a shame we never recorded it and kept it but we were not expecting it to be on the news or even for me to be shown. Still, it is a memory I will always have.

Once when I ran a community music collective and the local news took an interest in what we were doing by promoting local bands. It was a little nerve wracking, but fun.
