Who works out at home?

I had taken classes years ago but I honestly prefer to just work out in the comfort of my own home. We live on wooded acreage so I tend to think outside that proverbial box. Plus, I like going bare feet inside, no having to pay for a membership, or driving back & forth. I have videos as well as trainers I follow on YouTube. It doesn’t cost much to have your own home gym. You can even improvise with what you have around. Use canned food or water bottles for weights. We have steps that I use as my ‘stepper’ as well as doing calf raises.
Who works out at home, regardless of what’s going on? What objects do you use to increase your fitness level?

Although I've been slacking off a little recently I do try to work out at least 30 minutes a day. Most of the time I consider walking around the neighborhood as working out. lol I run 2-3 miles every other day and try to do a longer run once a week. If the weather is not exactly cooperative I like to use my Apple Fitness app and do a Hiit, strength, or Yoga work out.

I don't do it very often but when time permits I also love doing Zumba despite the fact that I'm a horrible dancer. haha

I like to jog and do a dumbbell routine at home. Well, gas is too high to go to the gym. Anyway, though, I do like gyms and miss the scene there.

We used to have a treadmill and I loved walking on that thing when the weather was bad but the tread started ripping and it couldn't be replaced so we had to throw it out.

I like doing workout videos sometimes too. The walking videos can be really fun!!

We have an elliptical my husband uses but I haven't gotten onto it. At the previous house we lived in, we had an elliptical and I loved using it until my husband started using it and then it made a clicking noise that was really annoying. That's why I don't use the elliptical we have now in case the noises start. I want him to realize it's him that's the cause of the noise and not me.

I do yoga at home sometimes. I don't have a gym membership. I'm not nearly as active as I should be but I've been working on that.
