Vitamin B9 and B12 for Mental Health

Vitamin B9 and B12 play the role in the production of serotonin and dopamine, the chemicals associated with brain pleasure and mood. Therefore, B9 and B12 are very important B vitamins for mental health. When you are stressed out or in depression, by taking B9 and B12, you will be able to uplift your mood.

Those vitamins are also good for the body all around! I remember when my daughter was getting treatment that she was getting vitamin B shots but I don't know what kind it was they gave her. Her body was also starved of nutrients so of course the Vitamin B helped her recovery. I think a lot of people might find they're low on Vitamin B and I wish more doctors would test for it.
