Question How do you cope with depression at workplace?

Depression is simply unwanted health occurrence caused by series of stress incurred through excessive workload.

I encountered steady stress during my college time, which later caused me depression at some point in my academic pursuit during my exam sitting. It was simply an off day for me, i felt lust in total state of apathy, survived depression because, I was rushed to the school hospital were I was attended to, which eased the burden of depression on me.

Since then, I never experienced it, due to the fact, I am always in routine weekly fitness exercise to ease the workload incurred during online and offline activities.
