Feeling very cold after surgery

I had major surgery 2 weeks ago and I'm cold all the time! It's mostly my hands and feet and I haven't been diagnosed with Raynaud's but I'm fairly certain I have it. Before the surgery I was able to get the Raynaud's under control and it wasn't very bad this winter but now that I've had surgery, it's really awful.

What can I do to try to get warm and stay warm?

I'm sorry to hear this! Was this an expected result of your surgery? If not maybe you want to talk to your doctor. One neat way to stay warm I think is those blanket robes, sometimes called Snuggies. They look like this:

That looks very comfy!

I think that this is the result of anesthesia on my nerve system? It's doing better this week but only a little bit. I have more energy and am moving around more so that probably is helping things work itself out.

Oh okay. I'm glad you are a little better.
