Eating as a Therapy

Many years ago, someone told me "a hungry man is an angry man." I don't know how women related this statement but based on my experience and observation, I have noticed that when people are hungry, they are angry and frustrated. When I am stressed out, anxious, and depressed, I am always in a terrible mood. When I get to eat good food, my mood changes suddenly and I feel good.
 
I never thought of it that way, but yeah, I can see how eating changes me a little so I can get along with the rest of the world.

I'm more a grazer in that I like to eat little things throughout the day instead of waiting for a big meal. When we're out with friends though I have to wait to eat and I suppose sometimes I get a little "hangry".
