A blatant cash grab after the success of the first film. This entry sees the return of Tony Todd as the titular character and he’s up to his old tricks. There’s some good kills to be had and the soundtrack once again delivers, but the supporting cast let this entry down and the plot and set design just isn’t up to par. Direction is handled well enough and the special effects are adequate.
